Frequently Asked Questions
Will this affect my water bill?
The cost of 760 gallons of water in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut is $3.60, which is relatively inexpensive considering that you use more water for everyday activities such as washing your hands or flushing the toilet.
How do I know which package to choose?
Our packages come in different sizes and prices to cater to varying levels of water consumption. While all our systems provide high-quality water, the size of the unit determines the amount of water that can be dispensed within a short period. A larger system has a larger reservoir to hold water. Although our systems refill the reservoir immediately when a cup is filled, if several people drink from the cooler in a short span, the water supply can deplete before the system has a chance to refill it. It is crucial to choose the appropriate unit based on your service capacity requirements. Therefore, the size and price of the unit you choose depend on your water consumption needs.
How may I pay my bill?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay your invoice each month by check or set up auto-pay to ensure timely and hassle-free payments. We also provide the flexibility to set up payments on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your preferences. Please let us know which payment option works best for you, and we will be happy to assist you.
When am I billed?
Our billing cycle begins on the first of each month. You will receive your invoice at the beginning of the month, and payment is due by the due date specified on the invoice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your billing cycle or payment schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you.
Do I have to pay for filters or repairs?
We take pride in providing comprehensive services to our customers to ensure that our systems are always running smoothly. As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we cover all costs associated with filter changes, repairs, maintenance, service, parts, or labor needs. These costs are included in your monthly payment, so you can rest assured that you will not face any unexpected expenses. If you encounter any issues with our systems, please contact us immediately, and our team of experts will promptly address your concerns.
Why shouldn't I just buy my own water cooler?
Our membership plans offer numerous advantages over purchasing a water system on your own. Not only are these systems not available outside of an authorized vendor, but the cost and time associated with purchasing, installing, and maintaining the system on your own can be overwhelming. Our specifically trained technicians handle the installation process, ensuring that your system is installed correctly and efficiently.
Once installed, our team takes care of all maintenance, cleaning, and repair needs. Our filters are delivered, changed, and installed by our technicians, and these costs are covered by your membership plan. If you were to change the filters yourself, the cost could add up to about $1000 a year, not including the cost of the machine or any other expenses you might encounter.
Our ability to manufacture and purchase equipment in bulk allows us to pass on significant savings to our customers. As a result, we are able to offer free installation, free filters and replacement, free service calls, free maintenance, free repairs, free relocation, and personalized customer care with even our most basic membership plan. By choosing our membership plans, you can rest assured that your water system is always in excellent condition and that you are receiving the best possible value for your investment.
How long does installation take?
Our installation process typically takes between 20 to 30 minutes and is non-intrusive. Our expert technicians are trained in their respective fields and have experience working in busy offices. They can efficiently install the system without disrupting or distracting your employees. Our team is skilled at working around your schedule and can stay out of your way, ensuring a hassle-free installation process.
How much do I pay for installation?
Aqua Coolers provides free installation services to its customers. We understand that installation costs can be a burden, so we cover the expenses associated with it. The average cost of installation, including appliance delivery, installation labor, plumbing fittings, water line and other supplies, cleanup labor, and old jug disposal, ranges from $235 to $545 depending on the complexity of the installation. Additionally, professional plumber services may be required in certain situations, which can cost between $250 to $450. However, with Aqua Coolers, you don’t have to worry about any of these costs as we provide free installation services to our customers.
How far can my water source be?
We can install a system up to 1,000 feet away from the local water source. This distance can be in any direction, whether it is up or down a floor, or in any other direction. We ensure that our systems can be installed in a location that is convenient for you while still maintaining the quality of the water.
Will any holes need to be drilled?
We always strive to hide the tube as effectively as possible when installing our systems. Sometimes, this may require drilling a small quarter-inch hole to snake the tube through. However, this is not always necessary, and for the free trial, we can avoid this step so that you can ensure you love the system before making a final decision. Once you decide to keep the system, we can come back and do the full cosmetic installation, which may involve drilling a hole. Please note that even if we need to drill a hole, it is a standard installation practice and does not involve any significant plumbing or construction work.
What happens if your office moves?
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and that includes ensuring that our systems are conveniently located for you. If you need to relocate our system, we are happy to assist you. The cost of relocating the system is always included with your membership plan, so you do not have to worry about any additional expenses. Please let us know if you need to relocate our system, and we will make sure to schedule it at a time that is convenient for you.
How frequently are filters changed?
To ensure that our systems consistently provide clean and refreshing water, we replace the filters as needed. Typically, the filters need to be replaced between 8-14 months, depending on usage. However, this time frame can vary depending on various factors, including the quality of your local water source and the frequency of usage. Our team monitors the filter’s lifespan and will replace them promptly to ensure that your water is always fresh and pure. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the filter’s replacement schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us.
